Bethel Chapel Is located in the town (sitio) of Bethel, Capas, Tarlac. Headed by Pastor Leni Lahut, she requested that the community needed a clean water source.
With the help of Praise Chapel and Servants of Christ International, her request has been granted and they now have a clean water source near the Chapel.
