Jacob Chapel is located in sitio Malalabatay, Capas Tarlac. It is located near Mt. Pinatubo region and going to the village is very hard since you will travel to a lahar, cross several rivers and pass to a muddy and steep road.
Delivery truck broken several times just to bring the materials there, several blocks got damaged but we were still able to build a water tank, not a big one but it is a big help for the villagers so they don’t need to travel far just to get a water
