The old Jacob Chapel is located in the village of Malalabatay, Brgy Sta. Juliana, Capas, Tarlac. It is a 2-hour drive through mud and volcano ashe from the town of Sta. Juliana. The numbers of members out grew the chapel; thus, the reason to enlarge the chapel. Recently, there has been continues rain in Tarlac, the road going to the village was damaged and the 4x4 jeeps could not travel up on the road. So, we needed to use Carabaos with a carrier cart to transport materials to build the new Jacob Chapel.
