Pastor Jay Famularcano built the Tisdale Chapel with his members. What an incredible witness of the Lord, Jesus. He shared a powerful story about His faithfulness in building the Tisdale Chapel. Pastor Brad dedicated Tisdale Chapel, while 29 new members were baptized and 50 relief packages were distributed to the members.
The village was ministered to by the Children's ministry, Chiropractic Medical Treatment and Prayer Team.
Tisdale Chapel Parsonage Project
Tisdale Chapel is located in Maruglo, Capas, Tarlac. Pastor Jonar Canduli is assigned to minister to this Aeta village. Although his main residence is quite a distance, he travelled every week to serve the community and lead Sunday church service.
This parsonage located next to the Tisdale Chapel, will allow the community to have a multi-purpose facility, in addition to allowing Pastor Jonar Canduli to extend his visit to the Aeta village to minister to the youth and families.
With funding received from Servants of Christ International (SOCI), this dream came true for Pastor Jonar who had been petitioning our Lord Jesus, for almost 14 months.
Tisdale is located inside the vicinity of Philippine Air Force which limits the building to use local materials (bamboo, banana leaves, coconut leaves, etc.) for the parsonage.
It took almost 3 weeks, where local materials were gathered to build the parsonage. It is right next to the Tisdale Chapel.
On Monday, February 25, 2019, Pastor Brad Matherne of Praise Church along with the mission team from Bear Valley Church & Praise Church, dedicated the parsonage. Pastor Jonar is very happy because he doesn't have to travel every time just to Tisdale and back home. He now will have more time to serve and minister to the Aeta Community to expand the Kingdom of our Lord, Jesus.
