Capt. Don Chapel is located at the far side of the village (Brgy.) of Sapangbato, Pampanga. Headed by Pastor Freddie David, the town Balaraw is a community of Aetas who does not have a church, and their Sunday service is held at a temporary shelter.
Today, with the help of Servants of Christ International, they dream of having a church building for the community in the town (sitio) Balaraw can be reality, an answered prayer from the community.
