Paul Chapel is located in Riverside, Marcos Village, Mabalacat City, Pampanga. It is next to the volcanoe ash (lahar) by the river and mountain of Tarlac.
This location is about a 20' drive to Clark, Pampanga, Mt Pinatubo region of the Philippines. CHAPEL construction (20'x20') started the latter part of September 2025.
As of Oct 22, 2025, the PARSONAGE was almost completed. Still pending will be the divider of the room and rest room and add windows on the parsonage.
For the church, they will put the trusses and roof this week, since they are done with the plastering.
Sunday service and worship were held by Pastor Edwin Laxamana over the last few weeks. This village is so grateful for having a church, a dream come true for the community.

The 19-member USA mission team joined by the 8 PI mission team dedicated Paul Chapel and the parsonage on February 2, 2026.
The Parsonage serves as a multi-purpose housing for the pastor & a preschool.
There were 48 who proclaimed that our Lord, Jesus is their saviour and gave their life to His purpose.
July 2026 Water Project Update
Led by Pastor Edwin Laxamana, the community requested a clean water source near Paul Chapel. Before the project, residents had to walk to the Lahar River for washing, bathing, and other household needs.
With help from Praise Church and Servants of Christ International, the community now has a clean water source next to the chapel. The source can be used for drinking and cooking, so residents no longer need to walk to the Lahar River or purchase clean drinking water.
Pastor Rich Peterson and the mission team dedicated the water project to the community on Monday, July 6, 2026.
