Bear Valley & Praise Church Mission team departs Peniel (HQ of the 2018 mission team) on January 30, 2018, for the village of Bamban, Tarlac, via 4x4s for 2 hours, since terrains were rough.
As the mission team approached Jean's Chapel, loud worship songs and praise music led by a singer, guitar and drums were played to give God the glory for this wonderful day of Tuesday, January 30, 2018.
Five 4x4s and 2 Jeepneys drove in to the town of Bamban. The Aeta village greeted the mission team with cheers that were extended to the missionaries as a sign of “welcome” and joy for what was about to transpire, the ribbon cutting and church dedication of Jean's Chapel.

The village Chief of Bamban, gave a powerful presentation to welcome the mission team. They expressed their gratitude for this beautiful church building.

Three Carabaos with trailer transported the mission team to a river, about 1.5 miles away.
Mass Water Baptism at Jean's Chapel
About more that 100 new Christians were baptized in the village of Bamban, after Jean Chapel was dedicated on January 30, 2018.
Relief packages inluding shoes were distributed to the members of the community.
Pastor Mallari and his wife have been praying for a church in the Village of Bamban. They are grateful for this wonderful building where the community can receive the message, have weddings, fellowship to exchange the love of our Lord, Jesus. Pastor Mallari, though already graduated from a Bible school, plans to continue his seminary studies by attending a theological seminary in the Fall of 2018.
